Developed in the United States he E6B has become of the many tools inside student and professional pilots flight bag.  E6Bs are used during flight planning (on the ground before takeoff) to aid in calculating fuel burn, wind correction, time en route, and other items. In the air, the E6B can be used to calculate true airspeed, ground speed, density altitudes, landing distances, etc. The back is designed for wind correction calculations, such as determining how much the wind is affecting your heading over your true course and speed.

Our Classic CFI E6-B Flight Computer is the only and the first in history to feature this functionality different alloy colors.  Made of solid aluminum, the CFI flight computer comes in cobolt blue, aircraft silver, Ferrari red, and champagne gold.  The E6-B is printed with indelible ink lettering. Features a wind component grid, comprehensive crosswind correction chart, and on the other side the slide computes time, speed, distance, altitude, true airspeed, and density altitude problems as well as conversions. Nautical and statute scales are included. GUARANTEED FOR LIFE.
